Back To Watercolor

I don't watercolor very often which is a shame because it's
a medium I successively used before learning how to paint digitally.
So I'm working on a project that will be completely done in
watercolor. I am excited and scared to be going back to
this old medium that I once used to conquer so
fearlessly. This is actually going to be another musical
adaptation, this time based on a film and it will be done
in Earl Oliver Hurst and René Gruau's painting style.

i loved your adaptation of Wicked!! :D

I know exactly how you feel and what your saying about originally being fearless with paint before PS took over!!
Iv recently been stepping back to traditional painting again.... i love it..... but miss apple z!! some times it would be great if life in general had an undo button too!!

This turned out really nice Elsa! It's always intimidating for me to paint traditionally.

Oliver Earl Hurst is AMAZING! So is your work! His 'Art of' book is worth the gander, if you can find it!

Elsa! I've been secretly referencing your stuff for work. Haha. I never really comment on blogs as much as I should but I just wanted to stop by and say how amazing your stuff is.
