Wild Thing, You Make My Heart Sing






A whole bunch of animal drawings I did this past term.
The birds were done with the help of a couple of lovely
bird books. The pen drawings are characterized zoo
studies. The zebra and gator sketches were for a club
contest at school as were the kitty cat drawings but
those were also inspired by Robin Joseph. The
Australian monitor lizard (goanna) studies were just for fun.
And the dancing hysterical mice were for my color & story class.

    Those birds are FANTASTIC!! I adore them! I love that you've kept a lot of detail in them while simplifying their shapes for interest, love it!!
